The Williams Sportsman’s Club is hosting the Kingman Mohave Green Shooters fundraiser summer matches this year. Match dates are second Saturday of July, August and September. Sign up at 9:30AM, Shooters meeting at 10AM. Match will be 5 stages, fundraiser is $15 for Williams Sportsman’s Club members, $20 for non-members. WSC membership forms and directions to the range are available on this web site. Match scores will be posted on the USPSA Area 2 web site. USPSA rules apply.
Our Williams Sportsman's Club has been offered the task of providing the parking attendants for this event. The Chamber plans to charge $5 per carload, and will split the profits 50-50 with us for our service. This is a great opportunity to earn some money to go toward our costs. We need to have 12-14 volunteers who will commit to being at the Rodeo grounds from about 4pm to 8:30 (or when the parking fills up).
What will the club use this money for? Our next project at the range is to build shade structures at all bays, and then we will probably look at signage that will meet the Forest Service requirements. We also will renew our insurance for the club for the use of the range, and are in the process of becoming a tax exempt organization (filing fees!!). Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help with this activity! THANKS!!
